I have been looking for a solid daily routine for a while now…like decades.
Looking back in my journals I see it has been an ongoing issue for me. For. Like. Ever.
I guess my problem is: I
like love to sleep.
If I could get my lazy ass up early – and not hit snooze five times for each of my three alarms – this is what I would do:
I would get up as soon as my alarm went off …
The dogs would be happy because I would take them out for a walk or a run …
Then I would come home and have a nice strong cup of coffee and get started on the rest of the day …
If I could just do that, my life would be so much better!
What is one thing you could do that would make a big difference in your day?
